I am a Registered Dietitian with the British Dietetic Association and regulated by the Health Care Professions Council. I have over 14 years experience in helping client's develop and maintain healthy, well balanced diets that promotes healthy weight loss and long term maintenance.
Having gained an NVQ Level 3 in Counselling Skills this gives me the skills and expertise to work in a very patient centered approach, allowing you achieve your goals according to your own individual needs.
