Hi, I'm Kathryn

I am a Registered Dietitian with the British Dietetic Association and regulated by the Health Care Professions Council. I have over 14 years experience in helping client's develop and maintain healthy, well balanced diets that promotes healthy weight loss and long term maintenance.

Having gained an NVQ Level 3 in Counselling Skills this gives me the skills and expertise to work in a very patient centered approach, allowing you achieve your goals according to your own individual needs.


Remember, achieving and maintaining a healthy weight is not just about physical appearance; it is about nourishing your body, boosting your energy levels and fostering a positive relationship with food. Let's begin this transformative journey towards a healthier you!

Hi, I'm Tricia

Welcome to our practice!

I graduated from Kings College, London in 2006, having gained a BSc (Hons) degree in Nutrition & Dietetics. With over 19years working both privately and for the NHS, I have worked across many G.P. practices & hospital sites, specialising in helping clients lose and maintain weight loss.

I provide expert nutritional guidance, to help manage weight and any weight related health conditions.

In 2019 I obtained  a post graduate degree in Sports Nutrition, which enables me to develop strategies to meet your nutritional requirements, whilst incorporating person centred healthy exercise regimes. 

Having studied psychology I am able to explore factors influencing your thoughts, feelings and behaviours relating to eating and exercise.

I would love to help with your weight loss journey, where you can trust in our evidence based practice.
